By accessing or engaging with Marketace Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before initiating any service agreements with us.
2. Website Development Services
The company offers responsive website development utilizing the latest technologies and models. The standard premium package at 290 AED includes the following core deliverables:
- Development of up to 7 dedicated pages.
- Integration of animations and 3D elements (provided as per explicit client requirements).
Note: Any customization or developmental features requested beyond this defined scope will incur additional, distinctly invoiced charges.
3. Low-Budget Advertising Services
For low-budget or smaller-tier ad campaigns, we charge a fixed monthly retainer fee of 550 AED. This comprehensive retainer includes:
- Ad image and creative design.
- Promotional content writing.
- Daily social media management.
Please note that final pricing may vary slightly depending on the distinct scope of work and exact client requirements during the term.
4. High-Budget Advertising Services
If the client's monthly ad spend is strictly allocated to exceed 7,350 AED, the standard financial structure is amended:
- No monthly retainer fee will be charged.
- Instead, a pure performance service fee of 5% per campaign will be applied over the total ad spend.
5. Dashboard Access & Analytics
To ensure proprietary strategies and ad infrastructure integrations remain secure, clients will not be provided direct or backend access to our advertising or analytics dashboards. Comprehensive metric reporting will be delivered securely by the agency.
6. Creative Services for High-End Businesses
High-end or enterprise businesses requiring advanced, proprietary creative services beyond standardized tiers will be quoted separately. These arrangements will be structured under a distinct, mutually agreed-upon monthly retainer.
